It is an unfortunate fact of life, but some people and businesses may, at some time or another, find themselves in difficulty with the Police (perhaps only a road traffic matter such as a speed camera), local authority, Trading Standards, Environment Agency or another regulatory body/prosecution authority. One of our Partners, Nick Foster, has considerable experience of such cases and can assist with work in a police station or at Court. Please note the firm does not offer legal aid for criminal work and can only represent you on the normal fee paying basis.
