About Amanda

Qualifying first as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives Amanda subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 1991. Having worked in both Local Government and private practice, Amanda previously worked with a leading regional southwest practice before joining the firm as a partner in 2003.

Amanda has specialised in commercial and agricultural property matters throughout her career, and particularly enjoys complex commercial leasehold transactions and development work. Amanda is also a member of the Agricultural Lawyers Association.

In addition, Amanda has experience of company and commercial matters and is also one of the Managing Partners of the firm.

Away from the office Amanda can be found walking the southwest coast path or in the Alps, walking in the summer and skiing in the winter. Amanda lives with her partner and son in a small village near Sherborne.
