About Cathy

Cathy Sinclair joined the firm in March 2012, with a wealth of experience in HR. Most of her career has been in local government but she has also worked for a housing association, the Meteorological Office and in the financial services industry.

Cathy is Dyne Drewett’s first ever HR Manager, which reflects the exciting expansion plans of the firm. Cathy is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and has a particular interest in organisational change. Cathy’s normal working days are Tuesdays to Thursdays.

Away from the office, Cathy is training to be a volunteer for the London 2012 Olympics, belongs to a book club and likes to keep fit by playing badminton and taking regular fitness classes at The Village in Bournemouth. Currently her favourite class is Boxercise. Living 10 minutes from the sea, she also loves walking along the coast.
