About Justin

Justin qualified as a solicitor in 1999 with a niche commercial property practice, in the West End of London, McGuinness Finch. He then stayed with the practice, which merged in 2001 with Osborne Clarke in the City of London, until 2005 when he moved with his young family to the West Country. He then joined the practice in 2006 and joined the partnership in 2008.

Justin heads up our Commercial Team. He specialises in all aspects of commercial property work including site assembly / development, landlord and tenant and property finance. Justin is also one of the Managing Partners of the firm.

He was the lead lawyer on four of the first Commonhold schemes in the country which were all in the West Country.

Outside the office, Justin enjoys socialising, walking, skiing, golf (despite being a very bad player!) and being with his family.
