About Richard
Richard Hadley is a solicitor based in our Shepton Mallet office and joined our Private Client department in spring 2011.
He brings a wealth of experience and specialises in the drafting of Wills, tax and estate planning, the creation and administration of Trusts and the administration of estates. He also advises farmers in relation to inheritance tax and estate planning.
Richard has expertise in areas of law which affect the elderly, such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and the rules relating to Local Authority assessment of means relating to long term care provision.
Richard is a keen rugby fan and also enjoys playing tennis. He has recently moved to Bath and adores dining out and going to the theatre.
