About Rory
Born and educated in South Africa, Rory practised as a private client lawyer before moving to the U.K. in 1999 when he joined the firm and re-qualified as a solicitor.
Rory became a Partner in 2001 and continues to specialise in private client law, heading up the team alongside Rebecca Beresford. His work encompasses complex will drafting and inheritance tax planning. He handles all aspects of probate and estate administration, succession planning and trust law. He also advises on Court of Protection matters including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyships.
A keen sports lover, Rory spends much of his spare time supporting his two teenage sons who are both talented dinghy sailors.
